This is an amazing place. I lived in the South Bay and would make the drive just to get cupcakes here. They have a great staff and seriously its crazy delicious. Happy to see the success of the little known secret of a business. I wish them tons of success and am hopeful that they open a location in Elk Grove, where I live now. Please.

I was looking for dessert for a special occasion and came across the Cupcake Shoppe. They were one of the few bakeries offering delivery and offered a variety of different flavors depending on the day of the week. The photos also looked great, so I thought we'd give them a try. We ordered 6 jumbo cupcakes: Rocky Road, Birthday Cake, Lemon, Red Velvet Oreo, Strawberry Shortcake, and Snickerdoodle. I really loved the richness and sweetness level of the Rocky Road. I don't usually eat chocolate, but I ate this! I also took a small bite of the Strawberry Shortcake and Snickerdoodle, but didn't have the same omg reaction, since it was a bit too sweet for me. Overall, the cupcakes were decorated beautifully, flavors were creative and tasty, cake was moist, and my family was happy with them. They didn't have the slices of cake or banana pudding available on this day, but that's alright. Would I order from here again? Yes!

I love visiting The Cupcake Shoppe! The cupcakes are so consistent in quality every time featuring really moist cake (think perfection) and a good balance of icing. This is a cupcake shop any cupcake aficionado will appreciate. Every day of the week features specialty flavors. Some of my personal favorites include Oreo Red Velvet, Animal Cookie, and Snickerdoodle. Thank You Cupcake Shoppe for wonderful service and wonderful cupcakes!

The Cupcake Shoppe opened in October 2011. We are a Latina Mother and Daughter owned business. The Cupcake Shoppe is a full service bakery specializing in gourmet cupcakes, custom cakes and specialty desserts. In addition, we have a thriving cupcake truck that travels all over the Bay Area. The Cupcake Truck works public and private events weekly as well as corporate catering. In the early years my daughter and I were featured on Food Networks Show Cupcake Wars and recently WON a competition on Food Networks show Big Time Bake!
